Inspiration Workship: Front Porch

It's time for Gussy's Inspiration Workshop!

This week's prompt was the Front Porch.

I do like our front porch...I think it's darling...but we live near a vegetable processing plant...and it always smells nasty outside during the summer. So, it's not really a place we tend to hang out.

So, if we lived somewhere else, I would like a porch like this...

I love all the greenery and home-y it looks.

Or, maybe a porch like this...

Isn't this just gorgeous? I love how clean it looks...with that sweet pop of baby blue.

Or, maybe this porch...

This one looks so cozy. It makes me want to curl up with a book and lightweight blanket...and waste the day away.

What kind of front porch would you love to have (it can be yours, of course)?

I love the idea of painting the ground like in that photo! It's a great way of adding color in a fun way.

Visiting from Gussy! I love your blog! :)

Those are all gorgeous porches, but I want to see YOUR front porch! :0) I have always wanted a "Southern" front porch... ya know, a big ol porch that's practically another room where you can sit, chat, drink tea and wave at passerby. But, alas, I live in California where the average front porch is more of a front stoop. My front porch is decent, I suppose...enough room for some flower pots and odds and ends like a stroller and a little bicycle. But no tea and no chairs. :0(
