Life Lately

Since February is almost over, I figured it was about time to do some catching up on what's been going on in my life lately.

I started off the month at a crab feed. I was supposed to go with my sister-in-law last year, but my bestie was very close to going into labor, so I ended up selling my ticket. This was my first one and it was a lot of fun! I couldn't eat as much crab as I would have liked, because I was so full, but it was still fun. I met a lot of my hubby's colleagues and then we danced the night away after.

The next day, we went to a Super Bowl party at my brother-in-law's house with all of our church friends. Even though it was probably the worst Super Game I've ever "watched", it was still a fun day of hanging out and worshipping with some of my favorite people.

Later in the month, I went to Disney on Ice! I loved it so much last year and was so excited to see it again. They did the stories of The Little Mermaid, Tangled, Brave, and Beauty and the Beast. It's so fun seeing the stories played out in skating form, and it was really fun to see how much my niece loved it, as this was her first time going.

None of the pics on my phone came out the best. The lighting was so bright in there!

That weekend, I went dancing with some of my friends, went to my brother-in-law's surprise party...and then we left for a really fun trip (which will get its own post)!

We spent Valentine's Day with some of Josh's family and the next day we went to a friend's 40th birthday party.

From our wine tasting trip last month

We had a fun game night with some good friends last weekend and I went to a wine party with some friends I'd gone wine tasting with in January. And of course, Sunday was our anniversary, so we had a fun day together. We went out to dinner at the restaurant where we had our first date and then to church.

It's been quite the busy month and March is looking even busier. But it's been a great month and I am so thankful for all of the wonderful people in my life.
