Things I'm Lovin'

Since Valentine's Day is around the corner, and I've been writing about all the people I love oh so much, I thought it would be good to write about some of the other things I've been lovin' lately.

1. Jewelry making. Not a big secret, right? I've blogged about it more than once. I need to take some more pictures and post them. But seriously...there is something so fulfilling to me about making jewelry. I get so excited when I step into Joann and see a strand of beads that just look like a friend...and I know she would love a necklace made out of them. It's pretty thrilling stuff. And, I love doing it with the college girls. We have some great conversations over those beads.

2. Coke. Ok, so I've always liked Coke...but lately I've just been wanting it more and more. Josh even told me when we were at the store last night that I just needed to buy a 2 liter so I'd stop going and getting one through a drive-thru...or having him get one for me. I am such a sucker for it. I would seriously rather have Coke than any other soda.

3. Sleeping in. Now that I am not working, I am back to my "ideal" sleep schedule...which probably sounds crazy to a lot of people. But, I would love to be up until 1am or 2am and get up at 10am every morning. My schedule has been more like 12:30, 1am to 9:30, 10am...which is still great with me. I seem to have more energy late at night...and I do some of my best thinking then, too (notice the time this was posted?).

4. Crazy Love. I am re-reading it with one of the girls in the college group...and I am getting so much good stuff out of it again. It's so crazy to really stop and think of how many times a day I am so selfish and don't even give God a second thought. And yet, He created all of the intricacies of this universe...and me...and He loves me so very much...even when I'm not thinking about Him. He deserves so much more from me.

5. Toffee Nut Lattes. I think they may be my new drink...at least when Pumpkin Spice Lattes are not available. I just recently discovered them...and fell in love. I actually like how they taste better as a Frappuccino, but it's still a little too cold for that just yet. And, I got $30 in Starbucks cards for my birthday, so I've been getting one about once a week.

6. Angry Birds. It's true...I'm addicted to that game. I have officially beaten all the levels that I can play...in both the original and the Seasons version. I am working now on getting three stars on everything so I can unlock all of the golden eggs (which I just found out yesterday each have their own bonus level). If you don't know what I'm talking about...and you have a phone that you can download it onto, you really should invest the money. It's so worth it...and kids like it, too.

7. Everybody Loves Raymond. I've been watching re-runs whenever I happen to be sitting in front of the TV and it's on. That show seriously cracks me up. Even when it's an episode I've seen more than once...I still laugh.

8. My new camera. I seriously love it. It's so convenient to take places. We will be taking it on a couple of different trips...and I can't wait to use it in those places! I may turn into the crazy tourist type...I'm just sayin'. And, please don't judge me if I do. I'm just enjoying my gift.
