I always enjoy it when we are able to spend time together out of our normal routines.

Some other recent happenings:
We finally decided on our Halloween costumes for this year...and I must admit, I am REALLY excited about them. But, it's a surprise, so you will have to wait until after Halloween to find out what they are.
I have spent more time watching baseball games in the last few weeks than I have in the last couple of years. My team made it to the playoffs, but they are out now. My hubby's favorite team (go Giants!) is in the World Series, so we've been watching a lot of baseball. It's been fun, though. I'm enjoying it.
We have also been spending a lot of time with our precious niece. She is getting so big and is starting to take steps! We got to watch her take four steps this weekend. It was so much fun. She makes both of our hearts very happy.

I'm also getting really excited for the holidays. We have some fun things planned already. It's gonna be great!
I'm also getting ready to embark on a new adventure that I am really happy about. I will share some more details when it becomes more final.
